I can't download the evidences from my free account?

We are sorry, but the backup feature is only available to users that belong to premium accounts.

Free accounts receive the evidence via email, as soon as the process is completed. Make sure you keep the files in a safe place. Otherwise, if you ever need to, you may not be able to prove the contents and delivery of your emails.

In case you would like to benefit from the backup feature, you should consider upgrading to a premium account. For more information about license's features and service limitations, go to our Pricing page.
