What is a registered electronic signature?
The registered electronic signature is an electronic signature that provides more guarantees thanks to the fact that the entire signature process is certified from start to finish in an irrefutable way. Specifically, eEvidSign adds a series of additional security layers: (1) the document signature request is registered, (2) an electronic receipt of evidence is issued, (3) its authenticity and immutability is guaranteed electronically, and (4) the signed documents and evidences are securely stored to prevent their loss, theft or manipulation.
What is the receipt of evidence or audit trail?
The receipt of evidence of the signature process, also called “Audit Trail”, is a document that collects all the evidence of the signature process. About this document, it is important for you to know that not all electronic signature providers offer it. In the case of eEvidSign, we provide a receipt that gathers all the electronic evidence of the process, which is electronically protected to guarantee its immutability and authenticity, and is securely stored for a minimum of 5 years.
What is a "signature envelope"?
A signature envelope is equivalent to a signature process. In one signature envelope you can add multiple documents and multiple signers. Thanks to this system, our clients save time and money when sending documents to sign as it only counts as 1 signature.
What kind of documents and in what format can I sign?
eEvidSign allows you to sign any document in PDF format. At the moment the platform does not accept other types of documents.

What plans and rates does eEvidSign offer?
The eEvidSign eEvidence electronic signature solution is offered as a software as a service (SaaS) under two different contracting models: monthly subscription, in the case of standard plans, and customized contracting, in the case of customized plans.
Standard plans start at 9.00 € + VAT / month and multiple rates are offered depending on the monthly volume of signature envelopes you need.
The customized plans vary depending on each project, in which the needs and requirements are studied and a customized budget is made.

What payment methods are available?
For standard subscription plans we only accept payment by credit/debit card or direct debit if your fee is more than 10€/month. For customized plans for SMEs and large companies, we can consider other payment methods and conditions.

Our standard plans have no commitment of permanence. You can unsubscribe at any time from the customer area.
